Overview

As an IT Operations Manager at Ocumeda, you will oversee our internal IT infrastructure, ensuring that our colleagues can work seamlessly, from device management to SaaS tools and security.

In Short

• Responsible for the entire internal IT operations at Ocumeda including laptops, smartphones, servers, networks, and security.
• Manage SaaS tools (Microsoft 365, Slack, Monday.com) and ensure effective integrations and processes.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes for employees including setup, permissions, and licenses.
• Ensure all colleagues can work efficiently and securely, optimizing IT security and tools.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO to develop and enhance internal IT sustainably.
• Document IT policies and prepare for audits in collaboration with the Regulatory team.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical questions, providing hands-on solutions.
• Take responsibility for the technical integration of B2B partners into our platform and systems.

Requirements

• Reliable, trustworthy, and security-conscious, especially when working with sensitive health data.
• Comfortable taking on responsibility and building structures, automating and optimizing processes.
• Proficient in macOS, Windows, networking, VPNs, and IT security, with familiarity in tools like MDM, Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace, Jira.
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, focused on functional solutions.
• Experience in a startup environment with a fast-paced, responsible, and creative work culture.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., MedTech, Health, Finance) is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
