• Support precommercial and commercial legal needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years legal experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with commercial contracting and public company reporting.
• Juris Doctorate and state bar membership required.
• Experience with life sciences contracts.
• Knowledge of FDA and securities laws.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
