US Director of Food & Beverage (Global Events) - Remote

Overview

This role involves leading the planning, oversight, and execution of food & beverage across a portfolio of large-scale, global live events, ensuring exceptional experiences and strong financial control.

In Short

• Lead F&B delivery for large-scale live events (100 to 20,000+ attendees).
• Design and curate menus and beverage programs.
• Manage F&B budgets ranging from $100K to $12M+
• Provide on-site leadership during event phases.
• Negotiate supplier contracts for best value.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Support project teams in delivering high standards.
• Use data for continuous improvement in F&B delivery.
• Travel internationally throughout the year.
• Work in a collaborative, global team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in F&B for large-scale live events.
• Background in F&B consultancy, preferably in an agency.
• Experience managing large budgets.
• On-site event delivery experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong financial acumen and supplier negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
