Junior Event Producer - Remote

Overview

As a Junior Event Producer at Nteractive, you will support the planning and execution of global live and virtual experiences, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of event production.

In Short

• Support planning and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Assist with managing project documentation including timelines and budgets.
• Help coordinate event logistics including travel and venue requirements.
• Support onsite event delivery and manage assigned event areas.
• Act as a point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
• Contribute ideas for creative event solutions.
• Work closely with Producers and Project Leads across multiple projects.
• Maintain compliance with Nteractive standards across event delivery.
• Opportunity for international travel and onsite event experience.
• Gain hands-on experience across creative, production, and operational event delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in corporate events or event coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of event budgets and supplier management.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and time zones.
