The Junior Event Producer at RTM Business Group will focus on K-12 programs, collaborating with a team to create successful B2B events.

• Research and create content for conferences.

• Experience with sales/prospecting to C-level executives preferred.
• Proficiency with technology and learning new software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Background in B2B event production is essential.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work under pressure.
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Ability to balance multiple deadlines.
• Experience with Canva is preferred.
