Manage all aspects of event productions, including logistics planning and onsite execution.
Create production timelines and ensure teams keep to schedule.

Manage multiple productions and help scale various Fever Original IPs.
Manage budgets of different scales.
Research new vendors, technologies, and experiences.
Venue research and booking.
Secure event permits and meet insurance requirements.
Handle administrative duties including expense reports and invoicing.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in the event production industry.
Native Portuguese and fluent English; other languages are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge solutions.
Strong network of vendors and venues.
Understanding of technical production requirements.
Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and permitting.
Strong communication skills and proven track record of building relationships.
Curious and keen to push boundaries.
Experience in virtual events is a plus.
