Overview

As a Producer at Stoic, you will lead a cross-discipline development team in creating content for a new game title, ensuring the team remains focused and productive while collaborating with various stakeholders.

In Short

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Production role in games or software development.
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing project plans.
• 3+ years of experience leading and motivating teams.
• Shipped at least 1 AAA title.
• Strong understanding of agile development values and practices.
• Strong logic and communication skills.
• Negotiation, change management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to partner within the studio.
• Sound decision-making based on data analysis.
• Assertive and motivated team player.
