Producer - Remote

Overview

Allied Global Marketing's Brand Experience team is in search of a Producer who has experience in managing and executing experiential events such as festivals, pop-ups, stunts, tours, and installations. You will be tasked with producing and managing small to mid sized projects from project initiation through completion.

In Short

• Produce and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Lead day to day project and client management
• Manage internal project team communication and deliverables
• Lead internal and external status calls/meetings
• Present concepts and strategies to team members and clients
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Anticipate and overcome project obstacles
• Manage relationships with core project vendors
• Participate in design and budgeting discussions
• Ensure post event/project documentation is completed

Requirements

• Experience in event production
• Strong project and time management abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to problem solve independently
• Strong vendor relationships
• Leadership and mentorship skills
• Understanding of client KPIs
• Ability to manage budgets
• Experience in managing client relationships
