Overview

Fever is seeking an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking event producer who will support the Executive Producer and Project Manager in delivering high-quality experiences.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of event productions from planning to execution
• Create production timelines and ensure schedules are met
• Develop operational processes and documentation
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to marketing brainstorm meetings and creative ideation
• Manage multiple productions and scale Fever Original events
• Handle budget management for various events
• Research new vendors and technologies
• Secure event permits and manage administrative duties
• Travel may be required for domestic and international events

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the event production industry
• Fluent in English
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Innovative mindset for identifying solutions
• Strong network of vendors and venues
• Understanding of technical production requirements
• Basic knowledge of fabrication processes
• Solution-focused with strong communication skills
• Curious and willing to try new concepts
• Experience in virtual events is a plus
