Overview

The Sponsorship Experiences Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional sponsor and exhibitor experiences across a portfolio of global events and programmes, managing sponsors directly and ensuring seamless event delivery.

• Deliver first-class sponsor and exhibitor experiences across multiple events.
• Manage execution of sponsorship packages and marketing opportunities.
• Develop and maintain sponsor readiness materials and timelines.
• Support strategic sponsor relationships and account growth.
• Coordinate execution across sponsorship elements including booths and content.
• Act as the voice of the sponsor ensuring priorities are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless event execution.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, sponsors, and vendors.
• Contribute to agency and client account calls.
• Support financial tracking and reporting for sponsorship programmes.

Requirements

• Experience in sponsorship or exhibition execution within events.
• Proven experience managing sponsorship programmes across projects.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Experience with sponsorship resource platforms like RainFocus.
• Strong project management skills with multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Teams and Excel.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
