Overview

The Senior Sponsorship & Exhibitor Manager will deliver exceptional sponsor and exhibitor experiences across a portfolio of high-profile events, thriving on building relationships and managing complex sponsorship programmes.

In Short

• Lead the delivery of sponsorship and exhibitor experiences across multiple events.
• Act as the “voice of the sponsor” to champion a sponsor-first mindset.
• Partner with clients, sales teams, and sponsors for understanding objectives.
• Manage sponsorship packages, booth experiences, and onsite support.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and timelines.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities with sales teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and data analysis.
• Lead sponsor communications and provide day-to-day leadership.
• Mentor and share knowledge across project teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering white-glove sponsor experiences.
• Significant senior-level experience in sponsorship and exhibition execution.
• Strong client management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strategic project management skills with commercial awareness.
• Experience leading teams directly or indirectly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to interpret data for decision-making.
