Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Channel Partner Manager to join our Channel Partner team! This pivotal role will be at the forefront of developing, expanding, and managing Notion's partner ecosystem throughout the LATAM region.

In Short

  • Own your region: take full responsibility for strategy and execution of LATAM channel partnerships.
  • Identify and recruit potential channel partners using data-driven methods.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
  • Monitor, report on, and optimize partner performance.
  • Enable and activate existing partners through training and joint selling activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years experience in sales/account management/channel partner management.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS/IT partner ecosystem in LATAM.
  • Growth mindset and thrive in building stage.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Experience in a global work environment.
  • Business-level fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
