Overview

The Manager, Physician Compensation oversees the operations of the Company's compensation programs, ensuring compliance and recommending improvements based on data analysis.

In Short

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
  • Location: Chicago, IL or Winfield, IL
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of compensation programs
  • Advise on compensation policy and practices
  • Evaluate jobs and create job descriptions
  • Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Guide Compensation Analyst in their responsibilities
  • Design meeting materials and conduct training sessions
  • Manage special projects and meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.S.)
  • Minimum of 5 years compensation experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Master's Degree (preferred)
  • CCP and/or CBP (preferred)
  • Strong financial background (preferred)
