In Short

  • Northbeam is looking for a GTM Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and speed.
  • You’ll be embedded within the growth team, partnering Product, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
  • Your toolkit will include AI agents, Python notebooks, internal APIs, Zapier workflows, GPTs, and more.
  • This is a high-autonomy, high-leverage role focused on scalable leverage.
  • Rapidly build and launch internal tools, workflows, and AI-powered systems.
  • Develop and automate infrastructure for marketing operations and sales processes.
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to create scalable growth systems.
  • Streamline marketing workflows through automation.
  • Continuously identify and implement ways to optimize cross-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with various teams to inject engineering into high-impact experiments.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience.
  • Think like a growth operator but build like a scrappy engineer.
  • Experience with GPTs, Zapier, Retool, or custom Python scripts.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Default to experimentation and measure impact relentlessly.
  • Understand acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Communicate clearly and operate with ownership.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-moving environments.
