In Short

  • We’re looking for an SMB Sales Manager to help build our growing sales team.
  • This is our first external sales management hire.
  • You will help execute and refine our sales playbook.
  • Support your team by co-selling on calls and leading pricing/negotiation calls.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new reps.
  • Implement and standardize key sales processes.
  • Monitor sales performance to ensure quota attainment.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills required.
  • Bonus for experience with Sandler and Challenger sales methodologies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management experience in tech sales.
  • Deep understanding of outbound selling and prospecting.
  • Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
