Overview

Noble is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our C5ISR IT team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and DoD customers in the IT arena, focused on the West Coast. Under the direction of the Director, C5ISR - IT, this individual will execute the strategic business and operational plan focusing on critical and strategic accounts. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers will be essential in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

In Short

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the vendor community and manufacturer (OEM) counterparts.
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with DoD accounts/clients in the IT services space.
  • Conduct analysis of the market and the competitive landscape.
  • Perform DoD & program office budget analysis to support capture efforts.
  • Assist the organization through the Noble capture and proposal process for opportunities.
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive analysis to support discretionary budget spend.
  • Requires an in-depth knowledge of vendor products and general networking technologies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities and commitments with other departments and/or functions.
  • Participate/coordinate in strategic alliances and other external business relationships.
  • Attend trade shows and make presentations on Noble portfolio of products and services.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years in a Business Development position in IT services.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Company products, markets, and technology.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
