Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative with a hunter mentality to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and supporting onboarding. You’ll work directly with financial institutions to introduce and sell our ATM engagement solutions.

In Short

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within banks and credit unions.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Lead the entire sales process including discovery and negotiation.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to educate prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign setup and execution.
  • Track all sales activity on a weekly pipeline report.
  • Contribute to sales strategy and provide field feedback.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends.
  • Grow a healthy sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of full-cycle sales or business development experience.
  • A true hunter mentality with a focus on prospecting.
  • Success in securing new business in non-traditional media spaces.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tools.
  • Self-starter who is organized and results-driven.
