Overview

As a Customer Support Advocate at ServiceTitan, you will assist customers with their accounting software needs, providing expert guidance on financial workflows to help them maximize their profitability.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with accounting software is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of the home/commercial service industry is a plus.
  • Comfortable working remotely for extended periods.
