Overview

ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to enhance operational excellence in the Revenue Solutions Post Sales team, focusing on scalable solutions and strategic project ownership.

In Short

• Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
• Document and analyze workflows for improvement.
• Implement KPIs to track solution effectiveness.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation to execution.
• Build relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Participate in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Develop user stories and functional specifications.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Partner with Business Technology Teams for alignment.
• Manage ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations within SaaS.
• Experience managing complex projects independently.
• Strong prioritization and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce is required.
• Knowledge of Gainsight, Salesloft, or Smartsheet preferred.
• Ability to simplify complex problems for stakeholders.
• Self-sufficient and critical thinker.
• Experience in creating process maps and running UAT.
• Understanding of business information for decision-making.
