Requirements

  • Knowledge of Salesforce (reporting, dashboards).
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex situations.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.
  • Willingness to take initiative and adapt.
  • Coachable and self-aware.
  • Passion for understanding the trades.
