Retention Specialist - Remote

Overview

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Retention Specialist. You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform.

In Short

• Managing 2–3 ongoing engagement projects simultaneously.
• Creating and improving multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, in-app) using Customer.io.
• Setting up initiatives that encourage long-term engagement.
• Collaborating with technical and product teams for campaign setup.
• Testing and reviewing campaigns before launch.
• Tracking results and suggesting improvements.
• Working with copywriters and designers for high-quality messaging.
• Ensuring campaigns meet internal standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CRM or retention-focused roles.
• Understanding of user engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on testing and improving.
• Comfortable with HTML-based emails.
• English level B1 or higher.
