As a Staff DevOps Engineer at NinjaOne, you are a key member of a smart, forward-thinking, and collaborative DevOps team. You will be responsible for the design, operation, and continuous improvement of NinjaOne’s cloud infrastructure—ensuring performance, reliability, and security at scale.

In Short

Design, develop, and deploy secure infrastructure in AWS.
Lead the development and maintenance of CI/CD frameworks.
Define and uphold best practices for consistent delivery.
Deliver complex infrastructure projects.
Proactively monitor infrastructure and provide support.
Troubleshoot and support cloud infrastructure and monitoring systems.
Coach and guide a team for skill growth.
Work with cloud-based data storage technologies.
Manage change and configuration in production environments.
Experience with kernel security mechanisms and performance tuning.

Requirements

10+ years in a cloud-based DevOps environment, specifically AWS.
Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure solutions.
Proficient with AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and automation tools.
Deep understanding of CI/CD tools.
Experience in production environment monitoring.
5+ years working with cloud storage technologies.
Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
Ability to coach and guide a team.
Experience with caching technologies is desirable.
Proficient in scripting languages like Python and Shell.
