Staff DevOps Engineer - Remote

Luxury Presence is the leading digital platform revolutionizing the real estate industry for agents, teams, and brokerages. We’re hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer to be the connective tissue between our Infrastructure and Developer Experience teams, focusing on systems, automation, and ensuring engineers can ship quickly and safely.

In Short

• Own ephemeral & preview environments with a focus on automation.
• Streamline CI/CD at scale for services and jobs.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in DevOps/Platform/SRE roles.
• Expertise with Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS services.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Proven track record in building ephemeral environments.
• Mastery of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Experience with release strategies and quality gates.
• Fundamentals of observability and monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication skills across teams.
• Comfort in an AI-augmented engineering culture.
