Overview

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Staff DevOps Engineer to support an enterprise-level CMS program, focusing on leadership, mentorship, and hands-on engineering responsibilities across DevSecOps, data pipeline management, and cloud infrastructure.

In Short

Coach and mentor engineering teams in technical activities.
Lead technical planning and develop long-term roadmaps.
Design and maintain secure DevSecOps pipelines.
Administer AWS Cloud environments for performance and security.
Implement and manage APIs and automated testing solutions.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.
Support data pipeline improvements and architecture.
Collaborate with QA engineers for testing frameworks.
Conduct FinOps cost assessments.
Document infrastructure, systems, and processes.

Requirements

Must pass public trust clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of experience in software engineering and DevSecOps.
Experience leading Agile teams in cloud environments.
Expertise in cloud automation and IaC tools.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong background in cloud-native data services.
Familiarity with cloud security principles.
Experience with federal clients preferred.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
