NinjaOne is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Manager, Business Development focused on capital and strategic partnerships to drive enterprise growth through investor-led ecosystems.

  • Own NinjaOne’s capital-driven partnership motion.

  • Prepare executive updates on partnership activity.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Alliances for go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain relationship mapping across funds and portfolio companies.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in business development or capital-adjacent roles.
  • Strong understanding of PE platform strategies.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
  • Ability to engage with investors and senior executives.
  • Proven track record in partnership development and execution.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
