Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Lead, MSP, EMEA to join our Business Development and Partnerships GTM team, reporting to the Head of MSP Partnerships. In this role, you will support MSP partnership strategy and execution across the EMEA region, assisting leadership in driving key initiatives and executing on established priorities.

In Short

  • Support the execution of MSP and Tech Alliance relationships across EMEA.
  • Assist in coordinating GTM motions with strategic partners and regional stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure value delivery to MSP partners.
  • Support external-facing engagements and projects within the MSP market.
  • Ensure NinjaOne is represented at key regional industry events.
  • Drive feedback between MSP partners and product development.
  • Maintain BD reporting and regional partnership metrics.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in business development or MSP-focused roles.
  • Experience in IT Operations software preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Ability to support customer and partner engagements.
  • Professional presence and developing business acumen.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
