Overview

We are looking for an Account & Sales Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or distribution, who has a proven track record in business development and relationship management.

In Short

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships (B2B).
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for revenue growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through understanding customer needs and market conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly provide updates and sales reports to management, including market feedback and trend analysis.
  • Identify and implement improvement measures for continuous business success.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (preferably B2B).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Experience in the hardware/consumer electronics or IT industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a high customer orientation.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and quickly find solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in managing a customer portfolio and promoting customer loyalty and growth.
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
  • Fluent in German and English.
