Overview

As an Account Coordinator for this technology-driven digital advertising company, you must possess superior communication skills and have keen insight into client service relationships and processes. You will work closely with our Regional Performance Manager to understand existing and prospective clients’ needs to optimize their digital strategy.

In Short

  • Work closely with the Regional Performance Manager to provide a transparent and seamless experience for clients.
  • Audit digital accounts for anomalies and ensure best practices are being leveraged.
  • Run analyses to highlight performance improvements.
  • Support monthly recurring work across all accounts.
  • Maintain constant communication with internal teams on account status.
  • Answer client questions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Know clients’ markets, goals, and track progress.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the automotive industry.

Requirements

  • BS or BA, preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ professional experience in Customer Service-related field, preferred.
  • Automotive Agency or Customer Service experience, a plus.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Ads experience, preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • Extremely organized, task, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be a critical thinker.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities and objectives.
  • Must maintain focus under pressure.
