Overview

As a Regional Performance Manager (RPM), you will manage and strengthen Foundation Direct’s partnership with existing clients to ensure their campaign goals are achieved and technology is utilized effectively.

In Short

  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and success.

  • Partner with specialists to ensure smooth transitions and account audits.
  • Maintain constant communication with internal teams regarding account status.
  • Develop and execute deliverables that meet client objectives.
  • Proactively manage relationships with key dealership contacts.
  • Provide strategic guidance and anticipate client needs.
  • Ensure timely communication of product changes to clients.
  • Maintain and retain a portfolio of 60-75 accounts.
  • Demonstrate understanding of automotive business trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of automotive professional experience required.
  • Experience in Automotive Agency or Customer Success required.
  • Willingness to travel 25-30% within the region and nationally.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • Must be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
