Overview

As a Regional Performance Manager (RPM), you will manage and strengthen Foundation Direct’s partnership with clients to help them achieve their campaign goals and optimize their use of technology for better results.

In Short

  • Manage relationships with clients to ensure campaign success.
  • Conduct performance reviews and check-ins with dealerships.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain communication with clients on strategic priorities.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in digital accounts.
  • Manage approximately 60-75 accounts.
  • Travel 25-30% within the region and nationally.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of automotive business trends.
  • Convey Foundation Direct’s core products and strategies effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of automotive professional experience required.
  • Experience in Automotive Agency or Customer Success required.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Current awareness of industry best practices.
