Overview

As a Regional Performance Manager (RPM), you will be tasked with managing and strengthening Foundation Direct’s partnership with existing clients to ensure that our partners achieve their campaign goals and best utilize the technology to drive results.

In Short

  • Ensure client needs are met with white glove service while maintaining a solid relationship.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to maintain a pulse on strategic business priorities.
  • Partner with Onboarding Specialist for smooth client transition.
  • Audit and analyze digital accounts for best practices.
  • Timely development and execution of deliverables meeting Clients’ objectives.
  • Proactively manage relationships with key dealership contacts.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Clients; anticipate and address Client needs.
  • Maintain approximately 60-75 accounts.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of key automotive business trends.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the automotive industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field, preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of automotive professional experience, required.
  • Automotive Agency or Customer Success experience, required.
  • 25-30% travel within the region and nationally, as needed, required.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides and Docs.
  • Must be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely organized, task and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
