Overview

NielsenIQ is seeking a highly strategic, structured, and proactive Strategy & Corporate Development Project Specialist to support enterprise level initiatives across strategy, transformation, and corporate development.

In Short

  • Lead and manage select strategy, transformation, and corporate development projects from initiation through completion.
  • Build structured project plans, maintain schedules, and track risks and dependencies.
  • Drive clarity by synthesizing complex inputs for senior leadership.
  • Establish and maintain the operating cadence for the Strategy & Corporate Development function.
  • Manage a complex executive calendar and coordinate cross-functional working sessions.
  • Ensure stakeholders have the right information and context through strong communication routines.
  • Maintain centralized repositories for strategy documents and decision logs.
  • Support project management components of M&A and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Translate business priorities into succinct executive updates and decision documents.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, strategy operations, or corporate development.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with strong ownership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving ability.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • High professionalism and integrity.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration systems.
  • Strong business acumen and interest in strategy and corporate development.
