Corporate Learning and Development Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the Sales Team training by organizing and facilitating engaging training sessions, collaborating with leadership to identify training needs, and ensuring the creation of effective course materials.

• Create and implement training programs aligned with business goals.

• Manage the Learning & Development shared drive.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for sales systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
