In Short

  • Lead engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops.
  • Design and develop training programs including ILT, VILT, and e-learning.
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
  • Evaluate the impact of training programs using feedback.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement L&D initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to enhance workplace effectiveness.
  • Customize global training materials for various audiences.
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills required.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating globally.
  • 4-year degree required, master's preferred.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (verbal & written).
  • Experience in instructional design and training delivery.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to coach individuals to reach professional goals.
  • Familiarity with LMS administration and learning technologies.
