Overview

We’re seeking a sharp, strategic, and data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing Media and Research organization. This role is critical to aligning and optimizing how we acquire, retain, and grow client relationships across our syndicated research, advanced advertising, and data businesses.

In Short

  • Design and operationalize strategies for new sales and customer retention.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes for territory planning and renewal workflows.
  • Support go-to-market strategy for new products.
  • Drive excellence in forecast management.
  • Define and manage key performance indicators across all revenue lines.
  • Own consolidated revenue reporting across business lines.
  • Develop forecasting models integrating data from various systems.
  • Ensure process consistency across teams.
  • Collaborate with finance and product operations.
  • Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations.
  • Strong understanding of media sales cycles and B2B subscription models.
  • Experience in developing and managing KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
