Insights Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking to hire a Insights Analyst who is passionate about Retail, CPGs & eCommerce. This role will support the sales and marketing teams with actionable insights generated through data analysis and research.

In Short

• Generate insights and build case studies to attract new clients.
• Create case studies and category snippets for sales support.
• Lead tool demos for new prospects.
• Generate content to support marketing publications.
• Ensure timely delivery of insights.
• Present analysis for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Handle large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
• Extract and enhance data from various sources.
• Assist in building a central knowledge base.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Retail, CPG, eCommerce.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with high volume SKU/store level data.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude with good time management.
• Analytical and curious individual.
• Solution-driven mindset.
• Self-driven and quick learner.
