As an Insights Analyst for Domain Knowledge, you will explore the nuances of the trades on our platform, diving deep into the details to drive superior user experiences and build trust with both homeowners and Pros. Your work will blend qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and strategic recommendations to enhance our platform and improve key outcomes like lead quality, job completion rates, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in consumer insights, analytics, or strategy.
• Proficient in business analysis and data analysis tools.
• Comfortable conducting qualitative interviews.

• Excel at managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with the trades or home services is a plus.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly valued.
