Overview

The Insights Analyst will play a crucial role in developing engaging, evidence-based insights and innovation narratives to support small businesses in the EU.

In Short

Conduct market research to identify emerging sector trends.
Synthesize information from Mastercard Strive EU Innovation Fund Winners.
Produce impactful content for stakeholders including policymakers and business leaders.
Contribute to the Annual Small Business Report.
Engage with innovation fund winners and technical experts.
2-3+ years of relevant work experience required.
Strong writing and analytical skills needed.
Experience in entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and sustainability is essential.
Multilingualism is a plus.
Work independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment.

Familiarity with the EU’s regulatory and innovation ecosystem.
