Data & Insights Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data & Insights Analyst at OFX will provide accurate, timely, and relevant business analytics, contributing to the development of OFX’s data framework and positively impacting the Data & Insights practice.

In Short

• Work with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes through data analytics.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for operational needs.
• Contribute to data governance and quality management.
• Drive the evolution of data models and analytics strategies.
• Manage technology costs and mitigate risks effectively.
• Lead engagement with vendors for business outcomes.
• Train individuals across the business for empowerment and development.
• Work autonomously while being results-driven and team-oriented.
• 2-5 years’ experience in data analysis and presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge in SQL and programming languages like R or Python.

Requirements

• Experience with data attributes and analysis.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to ML development is a plus.
• Experience in financial sectors is preferred.
