Overview

The Growth Executive will act as a strategic partner for business leaders in defining operational approaches for growth initiatives in Latin America. This role will represent the Operations team throughout the definition process and implementation if a change in the original scope is necessary.

In Short

  • Main operational contact for Latin America stakeholders on initiatives under their scope.
  • Proposes the best operational approach based on personal knowledge and input from NOC leaders.
  • Leads the generation of Operational Business Cases, ensuring all costs are considered and consolidated.
  • Ensures financial compliance of approved projects with original business case costs.
  • Accountable for initiatives from an Operations perspective, ensuring timely implementation.
  • Collaborates with NOC team to identify best operational practices and create playbooks.
  • Focuses on self-development and updating skills based on available tools and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in coordination roles in FMCG, Market Research, Consulting, or Retail.
  • Good knowledge of E2E Operations flow of RMS or CPS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Tools.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written (minimum required: intermediate level).
