Overview

As a Global Client Success Manager in the FMCG packaging sector, you will play a critical role in supporting client relationships and providing data-driven insights to enhance customer experiences.

In Short

  • Support the Packaging Team with client deliveries and administrative duties.
  • Lead subject matter expertise for NielsenIQ’s solutions relevant to packaging.
  • Showcase NIQ’s value proposition through use cases and industry thought leadership.
  • Weave client-specific insights into conversations to clarify outcomes.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with sales leads and partners on creative data applications.
  • Perform regular reporting tasks and ensure quality delivery to clients.
  • Manage client relationships with clear communication.
  • Support project-based outputs including desk research and reporting.
  • Assist in sales generation consistent with growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG, consulting, or account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent awareness of market conditions and client environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to leverage data for actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience working independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools is a plus.
