Executive Protection and Travel Security Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Protection and Travel Security individual to coordinate and support our global executive protection (EP) operations. This position requires a strategic thinker with operational experience in protective services, travel risk management, vendor coordination, and high-level administrative support.

• Coordinate and support executive protection movements, including travel and events.
• Conduct advanced work and risk assessments for trips.
• Provide strategic input for EP deployments and crisis response.
• Develop and manage executive protection protocols.
• Manage scheduling and documentation related to security operations.
• Coordinate emergency protocols and monitor travel security.
• Manage vendor performance and negotiate service agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on security initiatives.
• Support the Vice President of Crisis, Security, and Safety.
• Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• 5+ years of experience in executive protection or corporate security.
• 2–4 years in a logistical or administrative role.
• Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
