Security Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Security Program Manager (SPM) is a professional who leads both strategic client programs, as well as tactical projects, ensuring exceptional delivery and execution of client expectations in-line with contractual requirements.

In Short

• Manage Enterprise, Strategic, International (ESI) and high Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) accounts.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage service delivery for individual projects and multi-year managed contracts.
• Ensure delivery is in-line with scope of contract and aligned with client expectations.
• Identify and manage changes through a formal change control process.
• Lead, coordinate, and plan client facing meetings.
• Work collaboratively with multiple service teams and other departments.
• Serve as primary client contact for customer questions and concerns.
• Monitor and control project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Develop an understanding of key industry and cyber regulations.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of project and program management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Cybersecurity experience preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships.
• Proficient with Project Management tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage and influence executive professionals.
• Time management skills required.
