In Short

  • Provide direct support to the executive team, managing schedules and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Organize, coordinate, and drive forward key projects aligned with strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Track performance metrics to measure project progress.
  • Coordinate project and staff schedules for optimal time management.
  • Plan and execute executive-level customer meetings and events.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions.
  • Support change management efforts for smooth implementation.
  • Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.
  • Manage travel coordination and logistics for business needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of ownership and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in complex projects.
  • Experience with executive and administrative tasks.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work with a global organization across cultures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
