Overview

The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) is a frontline support engineer providing technical assistance to customers' technical support and IT staff for contact center software solutions.

In Short

  • Develop subject matter expertise in core technologies.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or working towards a Bachelor’s in a related field.
  • 2+ years of technical support experience.
  • Knowledge in contact center software and telecommunications.
  • Experience with networking technologies and protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
