Overview

The Partner Acceleration Executive (PAE) is responsible for implementing a cohesive business development strategy to drive profitable growth through our partner ecosystem.

In Short

  • Establish and manage relationships inside NICE partner ecosystem.
  • Develop joint business opportunities and execute programs that drive growth.
  • Drive adoption and expansion of NICE products and services.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual targets for revenue growth.
  • Document and present joint business plans for partner’s business goals.
  • Lead Training and Enablement for partners on NICE products.
  • Monitor and Analyze partner performance for continuous improvement.
  • Drive partner strategy by understanding industry trends.
  • Attend and participate in industry and partner events.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technology sales experience.
  • 5+ years in partner channel management.
  • 5+ years in contact center software or associated industry.
  • Experience with national/global partners.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Enterprise business and financial modeling experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Analytical and Quantitative abilities.
  • Broad knowledge of Sales tactics and Marketing.
