Overview

The Account Executive will be the first and primary customer point of contact selling into a defined sales territory. This role involves expanding the customer base into untapped markets and displacing competitors from historically aligned companies.

In Short

  • Executing strategic development initiatives targeted to specific accounts and markets.
  • Maximizing sales activities and achieving quotas by prospecting for new accounts.
  • Connecting with all levels within the customer organization, including C-level relationships.
  • Identifying opportunities and providing critical insights to customers.
  • Operating as a dynamic hunter and demand generator.
  • Creating a network of relationships to facilitate sales and promote alliances.
  • Driving and leading sales, presales, engineering, and support efforts.
  • Initiating and supporting purchasing agreements between NICE and the customer.
  • Developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory.
  • Prospect qualification and execution of new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree educated or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in displacing complex or legacy software.
  • Commercially astute with experience in developing business cases and ROI.
  • Ability to understand the bigger picture and business drivers.
  • Ability to articulate the value of solutions to prospects and customers.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of organizations.
  • Previous SaaS sales experience highly desirable.
  • New business sales focus within the Enterprise space.
