Overview

As an Account Executive at NICE, you will work strategically to win new business across the UK, exceeding revenue quotas through the generation of new logo sales across our portfolio of CX, CCaaS, AI & Digital products.

In Short

  • Regularly close deals and build pipeline within or exceeding goals.
  • Assist and support sales partners in sales efforts.
  • Maintain product knowledge through continuous sales training.
  • Attend industry events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and sales partners.
  • Maintain familiarity with CCaaS, Digital & AI competitors.
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Engage customers in business and strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • Consultative by nature, identifying customer problems.
  • Proven track record as an Account Executive selling software.
  • Comfortable managing the full sales cycle.
  • Deep understanding of the CCaaS market.
  • Motivated to exceed quotas and chase rewards.
  • Success working with little supervision in a home office.
