RollWorks, a leading provider of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) solutions, empowering businesses to achieve targeted growth and enhanced customer engagement is seeking to add to its growing New Business Sales Team. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven New Business Sales Representative to join us in our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, leveraging the MEDDPICC qualification framework, and contributing to our company’s revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record of meeting pipeline generation and sales targets and a passion for selling cutting-edge technology solutions.

In Short

  • Own the Full-cycle Sales Process: Identify, nurture and close High Growth companies in the B2B vertical.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track all activities and opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer’s Demand Gen and Account Based strategies.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations and close sales deals.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Market and Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and product developments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of new clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience in a commercial outbound sales environment.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions and/or digital media to executives.
  • Experience in a dynamic, high-energy sales culture.
  • Ability to navigate a complex sales process.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.
