Overview

The Executive Assistant & Office Manager will support the Country Manager and Regional Sales Leaders while managing the new Tokyo office, contributing to Nexthink's global expansion.

  • Support Country Manager and Regional Vice Presidents in daily operations.
  • Manage complex schedules and travel for executives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee office setup and ongoing operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in business or sales coordination and office operations.
  • Event and meeting organization skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and judgment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help.
